Samuel Shina Adeola
Director & Founder
Samuel S. Adeola Visionary leadership focuses on creating a future were people are inspired to birth their Purpose and make their life dream a reality. He has been able to encourage people to become Pathfinders of their life so they can fulfill Greatness.
His passion and heart for people and his believe in people with Challenged-Ability propelled him to establish Believe Thisability Organisation. Before establishing Believe Thisability Organisation, he studied Logistics and Maritime Management at University of Tasmania and worked for various organization such as United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) and Royal NorthShore Hospital.
He is a Prolific Purpose Conscious and Mindshift speaker, he also see himself as believers advocate, Pathfinder Entrepreneur and a Spirit-filled mentor. He is a big proponent of people living a purposeful driven life and solving problems whether as individuals, teams or as organisations. His engagement with non-for- profits organisation and societal groups reveals the fact that we all have a part to play for a transformed organisation and community, and if we all live our collective purpose the world will be a better place. He is Empowering and inspiring people that cross path with him to achieve their desired goal. His strong passion for encouraging and inspiring people has enable him to act as mentor to many.
The creative ability entrenched in him has connected him with peoples True Essence which has enable him to bring to light the treasures, gift and possibilities embedded in them. He is able to solve problems, push boundaries and find innovative solutions to most difficult and challenging issues which has earn him an Authority in life purpose and human consciousness.
He is a Pastor in his local Church, happily married to his loving wife and both are blessed with four kids.

Keletso Adeola
Director
Keletso brings her work and experience in Disability Support to Believe This Ability, a philosophy that centers on the
individual and their inclusion in society. As a wife and mother of three children, Keletso is well equipped as a carer on a personal level to be able to advocate for people with Challenged Ability.
Keletso’s professional expertise and passion is founded in her educational and work history. Beginning with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and experience as a Secondary School Teacher, Keletso then transferred her focus to Early Childhood Education.
She has worked in family day care, long day care, and before-and-after-school care and, for five years, was an Early Childhood Centre Director, responsible for overseeing all daily operations. After further study, Keletso became a Junior Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist and began working with young people facing challenges related to diagnoses including autism. Keletso directed her passion for this field into Co-founding Base Disability, a registered NDIS provider as a Director.
