Creative Time
Creative Time (Technology ICT Music Movie Media Entertainment) is a brainchild program of BT (Believe This-Ability) to empower our community with people of diverse ability especially in the creative space finding the right environment for them to thrive. Through this program, we are searching out for breeds of creative minds, willing to develop their skills. We are committed to nurture the ability trap in their challenged circumstance, regardless of the conditions but giving them the opportunity to explore their possibilities in defining their true sense of purpose.
Once such gift is identified, we will provide the necessary resource, support and guidance to ensure such person flourish in their area of interest and talent. People who are gifted in the music, ICT, Movie and entertainment should not be limited to what they can achieve but given the right tools to accomplish their dream and aspiration. People with this gift also use their artistry and creativity for reflection and motivation in their lifelong journey.
A creative artist in Music for instance, will require instrument or studio session for recording, production and a support team to facilitate music production. Same with person with media talents will need tech device and software to carry out their design.
Skill Infusion
No matter the circumstances and state of people with diverse ability, we believe they need to be given adequate opportunity to upskill. At Skill Infusion program, we are committed to skills development and enhancement. This program is close to our heart, because it enables participant to have sense of independency and make them have a different approach to life. The knowledge acquired during the learning session, will allow them to make better choices and build their confidence.

When people are empowered, it motivates them to live fulfilling life and shape how they can contribute their own quarter to life and the things around them. This is not different from people with diverse abilities and their challenges should not be a barrier or limitation to what they can accomplish. This is why our approach to their skills development is tailored to their specific ability to achieve required outcome.
The program is design with array of learning techniques, to enhance their social, intellectual, and physical ability based on individualised capacity.

Allous Mentorship
Our purpose-driven mentoring is designed to help individuals with diverse ability to develop a greater sense of belonging and while also recognizing and appreciating their self-worth. Due to the peculiarity of people in this community, sometimes they could feel alone and limited to what they can achieve. As a result, many are seeking for persons who can guide them and be a role model to mentor them in their life path. This program will assist them to have a support system outside their normal everyday support structures, enabling a less stressful way to achieve their desired goal.

We are helping people find meaningful work and our approach and goal is centred on SUITABILITY. We work with individual on a one-on-one basics, to boost their skills and self-confidence by finding genuine and work opportunities for them.
